Cornwall county council yesterday backed plans to develop a £125m mixed-use scheme on a 20ha (49-acre) site at Hayle Harbour, St Ives Bay.
The scheme comprises 15,000 sq m (161,464 sq ft) of retail mainly located in a factory outlet
