Cheshire-based contractor-developer Copperleaf Group has submitted an outline planning application for the £40m redevelopment of the former Dorma factory site in Chinley, Derbyshire.
Plans for the 28-acre site, designed by planning consultancy Hourigan Connolly, comprise 25,000 sq ft of employment
