Coote leaves LSH to launch tech advisory firm

Lambert Smith Hampton director Nick Coote has left his full-time role after 25 years to launch his own advisory practice, which will focus mainly on tech and science businesses.

Coote, who is well known for his work in the Thames Valley, will retain a management consultancy role with LSH for two days per week. This will relate to proptech and data optimisation matters.

His new venture, called CRE Advisors, is based in London.

Coote said: “Many businesses are going to be looking hard at their operational location and organisational strategies post-Covid.

“The virus moved the workplace agenda on [by around five to] 10 years in a day. There will be some exciting times and changes ahead.”

Ezra Nahome, chief executive of Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Nick has played a significant part at LSH and in particular the Thames Valley market. We wish him great success in his new venture.”
