US-serviced office group Convene is understood to be close to securing its second London location.
The firm is in talks with YardNine over taking around 67,000 sq ft across the lower ground, ground and first, second and third floors at EightyFen, EC3.
When completed, new City office scheme EightyFen will provide 240,000 sq ft across 14 floors with 12,500 sq ft of retail space. It will also feature six landscaped roof gardens covering 12,359 sq ft.
Developer YardNine was formed out of Exemplar at the start of 2018 by former Exemplar directors Maxwell Shand and Campbell MacDougall. It has since taken over the development of EightyFen.
Convene entered the UK market for the first time earlier this year, taking 102,000 sq ft at 22 Bishopsgate, EC2, which is under construction. It plans to provide a 51,000 sq ft events and meeting venue at the building as well as flexible office space.
Convene declined to comment. YardNine have been contacted for comment.
