Constructing Rainbows, the specialist consultancy focused on improving diversity across the built environment, has added a new director to its business.
The firm has appointed Emma McLaughlin-Edwards as company director.
McLaughlin-Edwards joins from Emcor UK, where she was executive director of equality, diversity and inclusion, and brings to the business an extensive background in strategic leadership and a deep passion for advancing EDI initiatives.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, her expertise will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of Constructing Rainbows’ EDI services, said the firm.
