Consortium to sell £84m PBSA regional portfolio

Investors Maven Capital, IP Investment Management and Glenmore Group are selling a portfolio of three student accommodation schemes in Durham, Southampton and Exeter for £84.1m. The owners have appointed Knight Frank to sell the Trium portfolio of 619 student beds.
