Consignia will close 50 of its 70 call centres.
It will focus on call centre work at 11 "super centres" in a £30m programme.
The new centres will open at Bristol, Plymouth, Barnsley, Doxford in Northumberland, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Stoke-on-Trent,
