Consignia is to axe 59 of its 70 calls centres.
Instead of dispersed call centres of varying size, the board has decidedto set up 11 "super centres" in Bristol, Plymouth, Barnsley, Oxford, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Stoke-on-Trent, Colchester, Bangor and Belfast.
