Helical Bar and Chancerygate have gained consent for S:Park Stockport, a 15-acre light industrial and office development close to junction 27 of the M60 near Stockport in the north west.
The joint partners have has already sold a two acre site to Infiniti Nissan for its second car showroom in the UK and a one acre site to self-storage group Big Yellow, where it will develop a 22,500 sq ft facility.
S:Park Stockport has consent for a 73,000 sq ft trade use, as well as light industrial / distribution and offices, with design and build opportunities available from 10,000 sq ft – 150,000 sq ft. Plots of land up to 6.85 acres are also available for sale.
