Conflict over good growth at Oxford Question Time

How can Oxford preserve its historic buildings as well as regenerate its city centre? We talk to Debbie Dance, director of the Oxford Preservation Trust, and James Latham, business and innovation property specialist at Carter Jonas, on the future of Oxford real estate. Dance argues it is possible to do both, while Latham claims that city centre redevelopment plans will pay homage to existing buildings.
