Logistics and industrial asset manager and developer Coltham has appointed a senior development director and investment director to its team.
Mark Snow (pictured, above left), former senior director for logistics development at St Modwen, has joined as senior development director, while former Hudson Advisors UK underwriter Ros Pett (pictured, above right) has become investment director.
The moves comes weeks after Coltham formed a joint venture with Delancey to launch a UK logistics platform, called Greenlight.
Coltham has also opened a new office in London, at Rathbone Place, W1. The duo will work across that office and Coltham’s Birmingham base.
In their new roles, Snow will assist in acquisition opportunities, unlocking sites and delivering developing schemes.
Pett will be providing underwriting expertise on new opportunities and supporting ongoing asset management of existing sites. She will also ensure environmental standards are met.
Snow has 23 years’ experience in the industrial sector. He previously worked at SEGRO, latterly as development director.
Pett has more than two decades of experience in real estate advisor roles in both consultancy and underwriting roles across real estate investment. She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield in the business space capital markets team. She was also real estate underwriter at Hudson Advisors UK, an investment advisor to Lone Star Funds.
Coltham now has a team of nine. It said it is actively seeking new development and investment opportunities.
