Birmingham-based Coltham Developments has paid almost £10m to buy Britvic Soft Drinks' warehouse complex at Tamworth's Centurion Park.
Coltham has paid £9.786m for the 10.5-acre site and the 180,000 sq ft building, which Britvic will now pay £818,000 to occupy
