Rotherham metropolitan borough council has appointed Colliers International to conduct a retail and leisure study of the town in
The study will provide an evidence base for the Rotherham local development gramework, which will cover the period up to 2027. It will also inform any retail policies and proposals that come out as a result of the framework.
The study will give the council a comprehensive understanding of the key issues surrounding the borough’s retail and leisure provision and the need for additional development.
