Colliers appointed on Exchange Quay

Colliers International has joined Canning O’Neill as a new agent to market 100,000 sq ft of offices at Exchange Quay in Manchester. The 435,000 sq ft Exchange Quay site comprises seven grade-A office buildings. Existing tenants include investor and stockbroker
