Fenn Wright has extended its considerable lead at the top of EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Essex, helped by two deals last week.
The largest deal saw an undisclosed occupier purchase the freehold of an 11,403 sq ft office building at Midland House, 26 North Station Road, Colchester (pictured) for £1.75m.
Fenn Wright leads the way in Essex by some margin, having acted on 170,360 sq ft of deals so far this year. In second place is Kemsley, which has transacted 26,391 sq ft, with Carter Jonas in third spot on 24,477 sq ft. The top five is completed by CBRE on 24,259 sq ft and Branch Associates on 15,700 sq ft.
