Birmingham-based Cofton has bought a 25-acre (10.12ha) site in Nuneaton from Parkill Estates for a £32m residential scheme.
The site at Plough Hill Road in Nuneaton, Warwickshire is to be sold on to a subsidiary of the Barratt group, KingsOak,
