CO-RE and Aviva plan ‘distinctive’ tower

CO-RE and Aviva Investors have put plans to develop a major new tower at 130 Fenchurch Street, EC3, out to public consultation.

Initial proposals for the WilkinsonEyre-designed scheme include a 31-storey tower of around 500,000 sq ft to replace
