CLS Holdings has acquired the freehold of 401 King Street in Hammersmith, W6, from M&G Real Estate for more than £15m.
The 24,566 sq ft four-storey building is the UK headquarters and training centre for Australian airline Qantas.
Other tenants include travel specialist Journey Latin America and Ultima Media, a business-to-business media brand focused on the automotive industry.
The acquisition reflects a net initial yield of 4.72% and the building, which is on a 0.5-acre site, produces an income of £766,026 per year.
However, leases for the building’s office accommodation are due to expire next March.
CLS Holdings was advised by Michael Elliott; Allsop advised M&G Real Estate.
