City & Suburban Homes has received planning permission to develop a mixed-use scheme on Fish Island in Hackney, east London.
The London Legacy Development Corporation approved a pH+-designed scheme for 34 new homes and commercial space on Dace Road.
City & Suburban director Andy Puncher said: “Responding to the unique qualities and requirements of the creative communities that have evolved in the area, we are undertaking the first of a series of connected projects in Hackney Wick.”
Construction will start in the autumn and complete around the end of 2018.
