Middle Eastern Fund AGC Equity Partners is believed to be the £1bn buyer of Citi Tower in Canary Wharf.
Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency owned a stake in the 40-storey building through loans originally held by Derek Quinlan and Glen Maud. Citigroup has a lease on London Docklands building until 2037.
