Investor CIT Group has signed a trio of leases at its Hylo Building, EC1.
Insurer Simply Business has taken a 10-year lease for 18,348 sq ft on the fourth floor.
Indian business process management company WNS will occupy 6,550 sq ft on level 23, and tech company Blockspace will take a floor above. According to Radius data, both firms have signed for a 10-year term at £81 and £85 per sq ft, respectively.
The trio will join Hoxton Farms, Lightricks, Salesloft, Selina Finance and Tik Tok, which have already moved in to Hylo.
The office tower offers 261,000 sq ft of premium workspace across 28 floors, 17,000 sq ft of retail and four landscaped roof gardens totalling an additional 11,443 sq ft. The building also features hotel-style commuter facilities, business lounge, café bar, 407 bike parking spaces and collaboration space.
BNP Paribas Real Estate, Compton and Cushman & Wakefield are leasing agents for Hylo.
