Shed developer Chancerygate has hired RO Real Estate’s Andrew Busby as project manager on its development team.
Managing director Eddie Cook said: “Chancerygate is progressing a £100m development pipeline with a broadening geographic reach.
“Our programme of site acquisitions is continuing, and Andy will be a valuable addition to the team as those purchases are brought forward for development.”
Chancerygate is currently on site with a number of development projects in locations that include Farnborough, Hayes and Wimbledon.
