A joint venture between Chancerygate and Hines has bought two sites in Dorset and Nottinghamshire with a GDV of circa £50m, collectively measuring 14.9 acres.
The sites, in Bournemouth and Beeston, will deliver 348,155 sq ft of multi-unit
