CBRE has been appointed to sell Kings Hill Business Park near Maidstone, Kent, for £150m.
The park is owned by Liberty Property Trust UK, which has invested over £500m in the development of the former West Malling airfield over nearly two decades.
In 2005, UK private equity firm Doughty Hanson agreed to buy an 80% interest in the 700,000 sq ft of commercial space developed at that point.
There is now 800,000 sq ft of office space at the park with consent for another 1.2m sq ft.
The site has over 200 tenants, including Balfour Beatty, Mott MacDonald, Capita and Rolex.
