CBRE took the top spot for disposals in the London office market for Q3 2016, while Knight Frank was runner-up, helped considerably by the 500,000 sq ft letting to Apple at Battersea, SW8.
Without the deal, third place Cushman & Wakefield would have taken the top spot, in a market that has seen activity slump in the aftermath of the EU referendum.
Take-up was 37% down on Q3 2015, while deal volumes fell by 31%.
