CBRE has been appointed as joint letting agent on the 580,000 sq ft White Rose Office Park near Leeds.
Developer Munroe K has selected CBRE to replace Knight Frank as one of its three agents on the scheme. Jones Lang LaSalle and DTZ are also agents for the business park development.
Tenants at the park include HSBC, O2, WSP and DuPuy.
