CBRE has appointed Francisco Horta e Costa as managing director of its Portuguese business.
Horta e Costa has worked with CBRE for 14 years specialising in investment and is currently head of the capital markets division in Portugal and a member of CBRE’s EMEA capital markets team.
Horta e Costa succeeds Pedro Seabra, who established and led the firm in Portugal from its inception in 1988.
