A big quarter in the West End put CBRE on top of the EG Radius Leaderboard for Greater London offices in Q3, followed by JLL, which outperformed in the City core market.
In industrial, Gerald Eve stood out for acting on more than 1m sq ft in the East of England. While notable performances in the county tables were GM Brown’s 55 deals in West Scotland, Carter Towler’s 38 deals in West Yorkshire, and Siddall Jones’ 38 deals in the West Midlands.
