CBRE is firmly in command of the industrial sector so far this year, leading the EG Radius industrial rankings by more than 450,000 sq ft.
The agent is comfortably ahead of closest rival Knight Frank thanks to a 321,000 sq ft letting at T321, St Modwen Park in Tamworth. Details of the landlord, tenant and rental level remain confidential.
The result was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
