CB Richard Ellis has landed the sole agency for the 265,000 sq ft offices element of the Bristol Alliance's Broadmead redevelopment.
The Alliance, a 50:50 joint venture between Land Securities and Hammerson, has appointed CBRE following a five-way competitive pitch.
