CBRE extends lead in EG’s West Midlands industrial rankings

CBRE has increased its lead over second-placed Bromwich Hardy in EG’s leaderboard of industrial deals in the West Midlands, following a 136,110 sq ft letting in Stoke.

The deal, at Unit 2, G-Park Stoke 128 on Whittle Road (pictured), saw an undisclosed tenant take the warehouse space on a prelet.

CBRE has disposed of 691,078 sq ft of industrial premises in the region, 365,981 sq ft more than Bromwich Hardy. The top five agents are rounded out by Colliers International, Avison Young and JLL.

The deal was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
