CBRE and JLL are locked in a closely fought battle to lead the EG Radius agent rankings for Greater London.
CBRE has transacted 183,848 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales from 1 January to 26 March, while JLL has disposed of 179,750 sq ft. Heading the rest of the pack is Colliers, with 133,758 sq ft of space transacted.
The result was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
