Catesby submits plans for Doncaster industrial scheme

Midlands-based property group Catesby has lodged plans for the second phase of its £75m Firstpoint industrial development in Doncaster.

The application comprises 310,000 sq ft of warehouses and distribution facilities in four developments on the 120-acre business park.

The first phase, comprising 900,000 sq ft of production and warehousing and 100,000 sq ft of offices, has already been developed.

B&Q, The Holiday Inn and Harley Davidson have already taken space at the scheme.

Catesby hopes to start building the four sites in early 2008, with a target completion date of next December.
