Castleforge buys Leeds office for £22m

Castleforge Partners has bought Yorkshire House & Hub in Leeds’ business district for £22.15m from Fore Partnership. The sale of the 85,977 sq ft office reflects a net initial yield of 4.9%. Fore acquired the building in 2014 for £17.8m.
