Casa plans next-gen Monks Cross scheme

Casa, by Moda and Oakgate Group, has submitted a planning application for a sustainable development at Monks Cross, on Kathryn Avenue in York. The proposal includes 139 homes designed for renters, 11 of which will be purpose built and fully accessible.
