Italian café chain Carluccio’s is to open its first restaurant in Yorkshire.
The chain has agreed a 25-year lease on a 5,000 sq ft restaurant at 4-5 Greek Street in Leeds city centre.
Carluccio’, which currently has 52 restaurants in its portfolio, is seeking to expand across the UK and overseas.
King Sturge and Kelion Sworn advised Carluccio’s; Pudney Shuttleworth acted for landlord Apia Regional Offices Fund.
