Carillion Richardson Partnership has sold Blackwood Retail Park, South Wales, for around £7.5m.
The deal reflects a net initial yield of 6.8%.
The 20-acre (8.1ha) brownfield site on the edge of Blackwood town centre was completed in November 2002.
