Cardiff’s tallest office building is nearly full after three new tenants signed up to take nearly 14,000 sq ft of space.
Landlord Topland has let the top floor (5,538 sq ft) of the recently refurbished 23-storey building to internet marketing company Yard Digital for £16.50 per sq ft, while legal IT systems specialist Leap legal software has agreed to take 2,210 sq ft on the 7th floor on a five year lease.
Data software firm Object Matrix Limited has also taken 4,552 sq ft of space on across the 14th and 1st floors at the building known as Capital Tower.
In addition, Recruit 101 has expanded its presence within the building by taking a further 5,558 sq ft of space on the 18th floor at a rental rate of £16.00 per sq ft.
This has left on 2,000 sq ft empty at the 123,000 sq ft tower.
