Cardiff-based Atlantic Property Developments has sold the city's Valegate Retail Park to F&C Property Investment Management for £26m, a yield of 6.2%.
F&C has bought the 110,500 sq ft (10,265 sq m) park on behalf of Electricity Supply Pension Scheme.
