Budget Greeting Cards has bought an 88,000 sq ft (8,175 sq m) industrial warehouse at Coltham Developments' 8.5-acre Ringway Business Park in central Birmingham.
Budget paid £5.6m for the building, just off the Aston Expressway, to which it will relocate
