Luxury car dealer group H.R. Owen has submitted plans to convert a vacant 2,950 sq ft of retail space into a Lamborghini showroom at 20 Berkeley Square, W1.
The site is one of two retail spaces located within Berkeley Estate Asset Management’s 20-22 Berkeley Square.
The proposed plans will convert the 2,012 sq ft basement floor area to a customer bar and lounge and 938 sq ft ground floor into a car display area.
The space will include an LED video wall, a merchandise display, and a reception desk for the showroom host and customers.
Other car showrooms near the site include those for Bugatti, Ferrari and Bentley.
Louis de Soissons has been appointed by H.R. Owen as architect for the proposed change of use.
