Calthorpe Estates has appointed GBR Phoenix Beard to manage its commercial property estate in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
GBRPB takes over the management of the Calthorpe Estate this month from rival agent DTZ.
GBRPB director, Victoria Burgin, will be the client director, supported by fellow director Catherine Gabriel.
The family-owned estate covers 1,500 acres south-west of Birmingham.

An early priority for GBRPB will be to review existing systems in place for the properties in the portfolio.
