Capital & Regional's (C&R) shopping centre fund The Mall has bought the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Gloucester, from Canterbarn, one of Catalyst Capital LLP's joint venture vehicles, for £40m.
Refurbished in 1995, Eastgate Shopping Centre provides around 290,000 sq ft
