Cuerden Leisure is looking to sell three 19th-century UK piers, and is aiming to raise a total of £12.6m in the process.
Two of the piers are in the North West England seaside town of Blackpool – the central and south piers – while the third is in Llandudno, in Wales. The piers are valued at £4.8m, £3.3m and £4.5m respectively.
