Business software company Access Group has agreed a lease at Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate London’s 8 Bishopsgate, EC3.
The company has taken the 17th floor of the 560,000 sq ft, 50-storey building on a 10-year lease.
The space amounts to 14,556 sq ft, for which the company will pay around £91 per sq ft, according to EG Radius data.
Other tenants in the building include Stanhope, Banctrust Investment Bank and Bayerische Landesbank.
The move consolidates Access’s other London offices, including 6,159 sq ft on the first floor of 1 Aldgate, EC3, into one base.
Mike Audis, non-executive director at Access, said: “Our search for a new City office was important for us as we looked to consolidate several outgrown or stopped-using offices. 8 Bishopsgate gives us a central base with a distinctive presence and a great location for all our people, both in London and the UK, and our international visitors. We look forward to settling in and enjoying the benefits of this iconic new London office space.”
