US investor JE Roberts (JER) has sold 94 pubs to Burtonwood Breweries for £16.9m.
Burtonwood already occupies the pubs, of which 86 are freehold and eight leasehold.
The pubs are in the Stoke-on-Trent area, the North West and Wales.
