BTWShiells opens first Scottish office in Glasgow

Northern Irish-based agent BTWShiells is opening its first Scottish office in Glasgow.

Former Stockland employees Stephen Hill and Stuart Lockhart will run the new operation, which will be located at 185 St Vincent Street.

Within Scotland the agent is currently active in instructions stretching from Aberdeen to Dumfries, including the management of The Forge Shopping Centre, The Savoy Centre and Tower 77 in Glasgow, The Avenue in Newton Mearns and The Regent Centre and Palace Grounds Retail Park in Hamilton.

Hill, previously a director of asset management at CBRE and more recently with Stockland, said: “This provides an additional platform to offer a “hands-on” approach in serving our clients with property interests in Scotland and is another opportunity to expand our client base.”

BTWShiells partner, Keith Shiells, said: “We have been increasingly active in Scotland over the past few years and consider the opening of a Scottish office to be the next logical step to complement our offices in Belfast and London.”
