Bruntwood signs quartet of tenants at Manchester’s Marsland House

Bruntwood has agreed four new leases at its Marsland workspace in Sale, Greater Manchester. Property manager Xenia Estates, tech start-up Net Hub, advisory firm Delta Consulting and motoring accessories specialist Streetwize have collectively taken 6,935 sq ft of workspace.
