Brunswick explores options for new HQ

Brunswick Group is looking at its options for a new London headquarters, after its landlord began a review into whether it should hold or sell its Midtown office.

The communications firm, based at Aviva Investors’ 15-19 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, WC2, is seeking 50,000 sq ft to house the company’s London staff as a potential move.

It is also thought to be in discussions with Aviva regarding possibilities to stay put in the building, where it occupies 40,000-50,000 sq ft.

Law firm Farrer & Co used to occupy around 20,225 sq ft in 20 Lincoln’s Inn Fields before its lease ended in November 2021. The space is now vacant.

Derwent and Canary Wharf Group are among Brunswick’s real estate clients.

The news comes weeks after Aviva Investors put a 32,379 sq ft trio of offices, called the Hoxton Campus portfolio, on the market for £27.5m.
