Law firm Browne Jacobson has agreed a deal to lease 11,055 sq ft at Allied London’s No.1 Spinningfields in Manchester.
Browne Jacobson will be quadrupling its existing office accommodation when it moves from 3 Piccadilly Place into the new premises in September 2017. It has signed a 10-year lease on the space, where rents are understood to be £33-£34 per sq ft.
The firm will move to Tower 12 in Spinningfields this month until work is completed on the 260,000 sq ft No.1 Spinningfields.
